Light Up the Front Door of Your Business
Storefronts, offices and neighborhood entrances — traced and measured before we quote, and handled all season.
From Walk‑Through to Storage
The same measured process as every home we light.
Step 1: We walk the property with you
The building lines, the entrance, the trees and the sign you want people to notice, and the bulb color.
Step 2: We trace and measure it
Every run we will light is traced and measured before we quote, so the price is the feet of lights you actually get.
Step 3: You see it before you sign
Your proposal shows exactly where every light goes, right next to what we are quoting.
Step 4: We set the install day with you
Our insured crew brings the ladders and the commercial-grade C7 bulbs, and tests every run before they leave.
Step 5: We keep it lit, then take it down
A strand goes out, we come fix it. After the season we take it down and store it, and next season starts from this season’s design.

Commercial Lighting, Answered
What kinds of properties do you light?
Storefronts, offices and neighborhood entrances, as well as homes. Every one is traced, measured and quoted the same way.
How is a commercial lighting job priced?
By the foot of roofline we light, with your roof’s pitch and the number of stories factored in, plus any trees, shrubs or wreaths you add. We trace your rooflines on an overhead photo of your home before we quote, so every foot is measured, not guessed.
Can we pick the install day?
Yes. We set the install day with you.
Can a business get permanent lighting?
Yes. A permanent, color-changing strand in a track along the roofline stays up all year, so there is nothing to hang or take down each season.
