The Whole Season, Handled
We design it, hang it, keep it lit, then take it down and store it — and next season starts from this one. You never touch a ladder.
Seven Steps, Start to Storage
The same steps on every home and business we light, every season since 2021.
Step 1: We talk through the look
Which rooflines, which trees and shrubs, a wreath on the door or not, and the bulb color: warm white, cool white, multicolor, red or green.
Step 2: We trace your rooflines
On an overhead photo of your home we trace every run we will light: the eaves and rakes, the ridge, and the bare wire that joins them into one continuous strand. That is what we price.
Step 3: You see it before you sign
Your proposal shows the traced rooflines right next to what we are quoting, and we can draw the lights on a picture of your home’s front so you see the finished look.
Step 4: Our crew hangs it
An insured Hisway Lighting crew brings the ladders and our commercial-grade C7 bulbs, clips every run in place and tests it before they leave.

Step 5: We keep it lit all season
If a strand goes out, call us and we come fix it. You never climb up there.

Step 6: We take it down and store it
After Christmas we take every strand down and store the lights. Nothing tangled in your garage.
Step 7: Next season starts from this one
We keep your design, so next season’s proposal starts from this season’s job. You confirm it, or tell us what to change.

- Rooflines — the eaves and rakes, and the ridge, on one continuous strand
- Trees — wrapped loosely, or branch by branch
- Shrubs — by the porch, along the walk
- Wreaths — on the door or the gables
Temporary Lighting, Answered
How do you price temporary Christmas lights?
By the foot of roofline we light, with your roof’s pitch and the number of stories factored in, plus any trees, shrubs or wreaths you add. We trace your rooflines on an overhead photo of your home before we quote, so every foot is measured, not guessed.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. The C7 bulbs are ours: we hang them, keep them lit, then take them down and store them until next season.
What if a strand goes out?
Call us and we come fix it. Keeping your lights lit all season is part of the job.
Can you light trees, shrubs and the front door?
Yes. Trees and shrubs can be wrapped, and wreaths added, on top of the rooflines. Each one is its own line on your quote.
I had you last year. Do I start over?
No. We keep your design, so next season’s proposal starts from last season’s job. You confirm it, or tell us what to change.
Do you light businesses too?
Yes — storefronts, offices and neighborhood entrances, traced, measured and quoted the same way.
